Redesign and Refurbishment Project

This 1970s two bed apartment was redesigned in conjunction with the client Eammon and Kathleen, Declan Eustace engineer, and MANMAC construction. The finished apartment with it modern, bright, homely feel bears little resemblance to its tired 1970s style and layout

The addition of an air exchange system eliminate the stuffy atmosphere often found in older apartments.
