This project involved the demolition of a three storey return to the rear, and the construction of a modern four storey return with single storey to the side. A full restoration to the Victorian interior of the existing house marrying the old with the new.

A new plumbing & heating system, with solar panels on the roof, complete re-wire, & decoration.
